Our tech-stack in a nut-shell:

  • Python and its eco-system

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a software engineer
  • Strong auto-didactic skills
  • Python experience (adv.)
  • Modern front-end technologies experience (adv.)
  • Experience with AWS or other PaaS/IaaS cloud providers (adv.)

FAQ:
Q: How come everything is just an advantage, don’t you want me to know Python?
A: We strongly believe that programming languages, frameworks and technologies are just tools. A good software engineer sees them as interchangeable and has a good grasp of the basics. If you see it the way we do, you can master any technology when needed.

Q: What do you mean by jack of all trades?
A: As a small R&D team, we are the IT, the DevOps, the FullStack engineers, the data-scientists and the architects. We need someone who can master them all without fear.

Customer success Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Everthere’s customer success ‘playbook’.
  • Lead, hire and train a team of account managers for both the supply and demand sides.
  • Select, develop and implement Customer Success methodologies and tools in the team and across the organization
  • Establish a framework for using and measuring Everthere for our customers, including predictions, business reviews and proactive approach to account management.
  • Define deployment and success strategies for our customers, based on knowledge of their business objectives/goals.
  • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management to shape product roadmap development.
  • Strategically consult with customers on relevant use cases, to maximize adoption and value of the solution.
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities, leveraging sales resources and developing customer marketing resources to grow account relationships.
  • Ensure Everthere’s solution remains optimized for maximum value throughout the customer life-cycle, in order to make renewals a foregone conclusion.
  • Manage post-sales activities for customers through building relationships, product knowledge, requirements gathering and project execution through a team of customer success representatives (currently 2 members)
  • Educate customers on the unique value prop. generated from Everthere’s offline customer acquisition platform, customized to their specific business needs, challenges and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years as a team leader of customer success/account management/professional services experience teams at Enterprise businesses, preferably in SaaS business environment
  • Experience in Marketing Tech SaaS – Advantage
  • Experience in building new Customer Success teams, hiring and training team members – Advantage
  • Strong customer relationship and collaboration experience, capable of engaging at multiple layers within an organization
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
  • Team player who will innovate to continue improve the way Everthere serves its customer
