Customer Success Manager
- Be the customer’s go-to person for everything Everthere – related, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor throughout the customer’s lifecycle, building a relationship through product expertise.
- Provide outstanding onboarding experience to new customers , deeply understand the customer’s use case, strategic business needs and target market and apply that information analytically
- Educate customers on the unique value prop. generated from Everthere’s offline customer acquisition platform, customized to their specific business needs, challenges and opportunities
- Be comfortable with discussing product capabilities and communicating the customer’s voice internally.
- Ensure Everthere’s solution remains optimized for maximum value throughout the customer lifecycle, in order to make renewals a foregone conclusion.
- 1-2 years experience in international B2B customer relationship.
- Proven experience in customer facing roles, via telephone, email and face to face.
- Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organizational and time management skills.
- Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and a relationship of trust.
- Has an analytical mind and ability to deeply understand different use cases and business verticals
- A fast learner with the ability to work independently
- Experience in Marketing /lead generation companies – Advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English – Mother tongue level
