What do we do?

We build AI data-driven tools for enterprises to enable a zero-day go-to-market, with the ability to identify evolving market threats and opportunities and instantly understand which channels and actions would have the highest impact on their growth and revenue.

With our database of millions of marketing activities, both online and offline, we use graph algorithms, statistical analysis and other algorithmic approaches to track the market, identify changes quickly and suggest insights to adapt and react.

What will you do?

  • Be a part of highly experienced software engineers, while being the go-to person for everything front-end – technology, framework and architecture.
  • Drive our user-experience forward making it better and smarter for our growing customer base.
  • Mentor and guide the team in current best-practices regarding front-end development
  • Collaborate with related departments – product, design, and leadership – to move the business forward by building a winning product.
  • Design, build, deploy and maintain formidable frontend user experiences for scale and performance.
  • Develop new features from scratch, including post-release analysis and measurement.

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years’ experience in front-end development, building real-world web applications in production environments
  • Deep know-how and experience building web applications using modern open-source technologies (We currently use Vue.js’s ecosystem, webpack, SCSS, ES6 and Plotly.js – all a plus)
  • Aesthetic-driven professional to build beautiful user experiences.
  • Team-player – Good communication skills. Willing to learn and teach. Charging the field together to deliver quickly without compromising on quality.

  • Be a part of highly experienced software engineers and take on the challenges of all things back-end.
  • Plan and build pipelines and infrastructure to handle large volumes of data
  • Develop novel algorithms to discover new entities; extract relevant information by using various techniques from NLP to relations-graphs; connect to other entities and use statistical methods to complement missing information.
  • Build computational models to categorize, classify and create benchmarks for each customer relevant market and activities.
  • Build performant and scalable APIs used by the client-side.
  • Collaborate with related departments – product, architecture, and leadership – to move the business forward by building a winning product. Be part of the conversation from idea initiation, through design and implementation, to measurement and analysis.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years’ experience back-end development, building real-world applications, using modern languages and technologies.
  • Understanding algorithms with large amounts of data-points, using various techniques and technologies.
  • Ability to find performance bottlenecks, design for scale and implement accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Be the customer’s go-to person for everything  Everthere – related, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor throughout the customer’s lifecycle, building a relationship through product expertise.
  • Provide outstanding onboarding experience to new customers ,  deeply understand the customer’s use case, strategic business needs and target market and apply that information analytically
  • Educate customers on the unique value prop. generated from Everthere’s offline customer acquisition platform, customized to their specific business needs, challenges and opportunities
  • Be comfortable with discussing product capabilities and communicating the customer’s voice internally.
  • Ensure Everthere’s solution remains optimized for maximum value throughout the customer lifecycle, in order to make renewals a foregone conclusion.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in international B2B customer relationship.
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles, via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and a relationship of trust.
